First Aid at Work HSE Approved
This 4 day first aid at work course (Health & Safety Executive Approved) is for people who are in work or on a work placement. It will provide you with relevant skills and knowledge to enable you to become a competent designated first-aider in the workplace. For employers, it will enable you to comply with your requirements under the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations of 1981 with regard to first aid provision in the workplace.
In order to meet these demands, this course is held over a period of four days, and includes both theory and practical, followed by formal examination by independent assessors.
An HSE Approved first aid at work certificate is awarded to delegates on successful completion of this course.

First Aid at Work Refresher HSE Approved
This 2 day first aid at work refresher course (Health & Safety Executive Approved) is for people who are in possession of a current first aid at work certificate which is due to expire in the near future. It will provide you with relevant skills and knowledge to enable you to keep your certificate in date and bring you up to date with current practice skills and knowledge.
This course must be done before your current certificate expires otherwise you will need to attend a full 4 day first aid at work course again.

Revision on all contents of 4 day course. Also includes any changes that have accrued since last course.

Food Hygiene in the care setting etc (not for professional cooks)
The Food Safety (General Hygiene) regulations 1995 have made food hygiene training compulsory and requires that all food handlers are trained in food hygiene commensurate to their work activity. This course is ideal for the care assistant etc. Certificate awarded on completion.

Health & Safety Awareness
This course is designed to make you aware of your responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. Further, under Health & safety Legislation, employers are required to provide appropriate health and safety training for themselves and/or their staff. Attendance certificate awarded on completion.
